Return Policy

At Excellent Tire, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return policy provides you with flexible options to make returns as seamless as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Unused Condition: Tires and wheels must be in their original, unused condition, free from any damage, wear, or installation marks.
  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns initiated beyond this period may not be accepted.
  • Original Packaging: Tires and wheels must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at info@excellenttire.com or call 858-588-2803 to initiate your return and receive return instructions.
  • Step 2: Package the items securely to prevent any damage during transit. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt and any return authorization provided.
  • Step 3: Ship the items back to us via a reputable shipping service. Please ensure the package is insured, as Excellent Tire is not responsible for damage during return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $10 per tire will apply for returns that are not due to an error on Excellent Tire’s part. This fee covers the handling and processing of returned items.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error in your order.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@excellenttire.com or 858-588-2803, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

7. Important Information

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.
